Business models and innovations in the age of the digitalisation
Already for the seventh time, arvato services and webmiles sent out invitations once again for the successful loyalty summit. On 24 September, 120 top decision makers
from the marketing field from large German and international enterprises met in the Sofitel Bayerpost
in Munich. Participating were Air Berlin, American Express, Blau Mobilfunk, citydisc, Krombacher, Lego, MATCH Hospitality, Mc Donald`s Deutschland, scoyo, Shell, Viseca and many others.
After the welcome greetings and a subsequent presentation of highlights of the current financial year 2008 of arvato services by Managing Director Mario Schwegler, Dr. Gerd Robertz, Managing Director of the buecher.de
presented the various success criteria, current customer relations as well as control in on-line medium commerce
. Clear, suitable measures to open enterprise and change potential customers to regular cutomers were discussed. Afterwards, Till Walz, Vice President of Marketing & Sales, scoyo GmbH, presented a new Internet platform that enables out-of-school, voluntary children’s learning through innovative methods. With the slogan Learning can be fun
pupils of 7 to 13 years of age can, by means of scoyo, develop their strengths and combat weaknesses in school. As the third speaker of this year’s loyalty summit, Professor Dr. Manfred Krafft, from the Institute for Marketing of the University of Münster, addressed the audience. With his talk titled Customers as a source of successful innovation
Krafft gave a synopsis of current studies on the effect of early integration of customers in innovation processes.
