The company was established as a pioneer of the next wireless generation. It became the first cell-phone company in Germany to offer SIM-only products on the Internet. Using the company’s SIM cards, customers can make calls to all fixed-line and cellular networks as well as send text messages at very low rates.
In 2005, arvato services began to help the customer introduce and operate the concept of mobile-virtual network operator (MVNO). From the acceptance of orders and the processing of payments to debt collection and the shipping of SIM cards, arvato services provides all services related to direct contact with the customer. This support is complemented by the provision of the necessary and skilled project management.
